Rezoning For Profit
Virtuoso Capital Ventures and its present investors currently hold (as at summer 2019) 6 residential lots in high FAR zones with potential for significant up-side return upon rezoning. We’re actively offering investors opportunities to capture significant returns by way of participating in the purchase of lands with with higher density potential than their current usage.
This strategy generally requires that one or more lots are acquired, then assembled and rezoned to the higher usage category through approval by local City Council, Planning and Engineering departments. Upon completion of rezoning the properties will be either sold as “Rezoned” and “ready for Building Permit”, or, move to development into apartment buildings by Virtuoso.
