SCAM ALERT - Always Hire A "Buyer Agent" To Purchase a Condo or Pre-Sale

One of the mistakes I see first time home buyers or condo Investors make is not hiring their own Realtor to represent them with a purchase.  

This usually happens two ways:

1. They go to a developers office and buy direct.
2. They go to an open house and buy direct from the seller agent. 

In both situations you don't have anyone representing you and protecting YOUR Interests.  

The funny thing is, Realtors will represent a buyer for $0 dollars out of your pocket. The person who sells the property is the one who pays Realtor fees to your Agent.
